To reserve the Clubhouse or the Bunkroom, a nonrefundable reservation fee of $40.00 and a refundable $50 deposit applies to each reservation. Only confirmed reservations made by the homeowner themselves will be honored. Confirmed reservations will be posted on the door. Homeowners must be present during use of the Clubhouse, and on the Cozy Nook property if the Bunk Rooms are being used by guests. Homeowners must clean up after each use (including vacuuming and removal of food from refrigerator and garbage put into the dumpster), turn off all fans, lights, heat/air conditioning. The Clubhouse and kitchen facilities are not to be used by guests staying in the Bunk Rooms unless the Clubhouse has also been reserved. The bathroom facilities remain open to all homeowners and guests at all times. Personal belongings should not be left in the bathrooms.
