Randy Benson is the Treasurer for the Cozy Nook Association. The current quarterly association dues are $560 and are due the 1st of each quarter. A dues notice will be emailed to all Homeowners the month before the quarter the fee is due.
Association fees can be paid by Mailed Check, Bill Pay or Zelle.
